Supplier-specific returns

Noor & Silk sells products fulfilled by different suppliers. We do not offer a separate store-wide change-of-mind return guarantee or accept physical returns at our business address. Return eligibility, the request deadline, item-condition requirements, and any return shipping or restocking fees depend on the supplier and product.

Review the return terms provided for the item before purchasing. If the return window, fees, or eligibility are not stated, contact us before ordering so we can confirm them. A product is not automatically final sale simply because return information is missing. Any final-sale restriction or fee must be disclosed before purchase and remains subject to applicable law.

Mariam's Collection — quality claims only

For Mariam's Collection items, physical returns and change-of-mind exchanges are not accepted. Claims for damage, defects, or incorrectly supplied items must reach email@mariam-col.com within 14 days of delivery with the order number, a description, and clear photos or video. Keep the packaging. Approved claims offer replacement or store credit, without sending the item back; a cash refund is not promised. Customer-selected wrong sizes or colors, preference, wear, and misuse are excluded. Custom items, personal-care goods, discounted items, and gift cards are final sale under the supplier policy, subject to applicable consumer rights. Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled. These terms apply to new purchases and do not reduce rights or promises attached to earlier orders.

How to request a return

Contact support@noorandsilk.com or call 1-800-775-2636 with your order number, the item, and the reason for the request. We will coordinate with the supplier and provide instructions for eligible returns. Please contact us within the item’s stated return window.

Obtain return authorization and the correct return address before shipping anything. Approved returns go to the supplier or its designated return facility. Do not send items to our business address or to an address on the original package without authorization. Items from different suppliers may require separate returns.

Condition, exclusions, and fees

Follow the item-specific conditions disclosed before purchase, including any requirements regarding unused condition, tags, seals, accessories, and packaging. There is no blanket promise of free return shipping. Who pays return shipping and whether any restocking fee applies depend on the applicable terms disclosed before purchase. We will confirm the instructions and applicable fees when arranging an authorized return; we will not introduce an undisclosed fee after purchase.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

Contact us promptly if your item arrives damaged or defective, the wrong item is delivered, or your order does not arrive. Include photographs and keep packaging where reasonably possible. We will investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy. Supplier restrictions and final-sale labels do not remove rights or remedies you have under applicable law, and we remain your point of contact for resolving the order.

Refunds and exchanges

We will notify you of the outcome after an authorized return is received and inspected, where inspection is required. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another method is required by law or agreed with you. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Contact us for status updates. Exchange availability depends on supplier policy and stock; contact us before placing a replacement order.

Cancellations and shipping delays

Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once fulfillment begins. If we cannot ship within the promised shipment timeframe, or within 30 days when none was stated, we will provide a delay notice and the option to consent to a revised shipment date or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund. These terms do not limit applicable consumer rights.
